- Youtube– This website has millions of helpful and informative videos to help people learn correct form for exercises, how to eat healthy, and different variations for workouts.
- MyFitnessPal– This is a great tool for people to use to track their calories and macros. It has almost any food you can think of, and makes tracking super easy.
- Choose My Plate– This is another great tool to use when trying to eat healthy. The website shows users what their plate should look like when they are eating a meal. Also, it provides helpful articles for eating healthy.
- Precision Nutrtion– This website provides the average user with informational articles about eating healthy. This also offers fitness professionals their nutritional certifications. Their certifications are very well known and respected throughout the fitness industry.
- ExRx.net– This is a great website for beginners and fitness professionals to use. It has many helpful links to different categories such as weight loss, working out for beginners, different exercise programs, and fitness calculators.
