- Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Speech Will Leave you SPEECHLESS- One of the Most Eye Opening Speeches– This video shows Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson speaking to a college basketball team. Johnson talks about having adversity when your back is up against the wall. He also reminds everyone that everything is temporary, and to always keep pushing forward!
- 10 Minute Guided Imagery Meditation | City of Hope– I believe that Guided Meditation is another great tool for people interested in fitness. This will help anyone relax and destress when life becomes overwhelming. I love practicing this when I feel stressed and overwhelmed with my daily tasks.
